My husband and I needed a new couch; we went to Ippolito's and found one we loved, but it was a little more money that I was hoping to spend. I felt like I needed to shop around; we went to Pottery Barn and West Elm, but none of their products even came close to the couch at Ippolito's. We went back to Ippolito's with a few more questions and we ended up purchasing the original couch that I loved so much. A few days later I received a handwritten note from the two sales women that had helped us on those two occasions, Hannah and Steph. I was blown away; people don't send handwritten notes anymore. This added detail made me feel like I had made the right chose by going with Ippolito's. It might sound odd, but I felt appreciated, taken care of, and it made me happy that I was going with a local retailer. It was a small gesture that meant a lot to me.

My husband and I purchased a living room set over a year ago. Couch did not wear well. Long story, short, best customer service I have encountered in quite some time. To friendly, responsive conversations with Dawn to her connecting with office manager, resulting in giving us credit for furniture purchased and opportunity to visit and select a new set. We met with Katherine and she was extremely helpful in helping us select our new pieces (Hannah was great helping us until Katherine was available). Our new furniture arrived on the 6th of June and I couldn’t be happier. Suffice to say I would shop there again and would not hesitate to recommend store to family and friends. Lena Hemenway

I think other people leaving bad reviews need to understand that supply chain issues are not the vendors fault nor is it in anyone's control since the pandemic. We have ordered from here multiple times. Last time Katheryn helped us and she was so sweet and helpful and personable. Yea, we won't have our couch for 12 weeks, maybe more, maybe less. It is what it is. Not a problem for us! We are patient! And we understand what we bought couldn't be found anywhere else especially for that price. Therefore, I'm happy to wait and we will absolutely be returning for our next piece!
